Green Factor is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Sales Team.
For over 15 years, Green Factor has helped homeowners create more comfortable, healthier homes through solutions in insulation, roofing, radon mitigation, air quality, and home performance.

This role sits at the center of our customer experience.
You are often the first voice customers hear and the person who keeps communication flowing between homeowners and our sales team.
We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, detail oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people find solutions.

Answering incoming calls across our service divisions
Conducting outbound follow-up calls to customers
Managing heavy phone and email communication
Following up on assessments and proposals
Supporting sales representatives and customers
Verifying customer satisfaction and experience
Maintaining accurate records and notes
This is a fast-paced role with increasing responsibility over time.
