Mike Pfeifer, Vice President of Green Factor Insulation, has over 15 years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. Beginning as a weatherization installer, he climbed the ranks, gaining expertise across all company departments. Mike's hands-on experience and industry knowledge make him indispensable. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends and loves that he can be with them at work, as well.
