Mike Pfeifer, Vice President of Green Factor Insulation, has over 15 years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. Beginning as a weatherization installer, he climbed the ranks, gaining expertise across all company departments.
Clint brings over 20+ years of construction experience, HVAC design and corporate utilities to the Green Factor team. As well as being HVAC certified in both Manual J and Manual D, Clint has worked with both residential and commercial energy efficiency standards his entire career. Utilizing such knowledge and experience, Clint specializes in figuring out solutions for commercial contractors and homeowners to resolve high bill complaints and energy efficiency.
Judd started his career with Green Factor Insulation in 2014 as a Spray Foam apprentice. Judd’s hard work, tenacity, and problem-solving skills quickly moved him to a crew lead position, and then on to management.
Always having a strong suit in problem solving and all things mechanical, Nathan started his first career as a On-Site Production Manager for a communications tower construction company. After several years of coordinating construction projects, Nathan decided to utilize his intuitive problem solving skill set by continuing his education through Washburn’s School of Business program.
Eli has been with Green Factor since 2013. Prior to his postion with us, he worked on oil rigs in the summer while bartending in Lawrence. He is currently in the process of teaching new employees how to spray foam. His hobbies include sports, running, traveling, being outdoors and video games.
John started with Green Factor in 2018, referred by a fellow crew leader here, Nick. He lived in Texas before moving to Kansas City, where he worked in the Restaurant industry. John like playing Basketball, building things and DJ’ing. Say hi the next time you see him!
