I am very pleased with all of the services (from start to finish) I received from Green Factor.  Clint was very helpful during the estimate and contract process. He was very helpful in explaining the process and answering ALL of my many questions from the time I met him up until the day before the work started. Stephanie was also very helpful. She helped me with my contract, invoices, and scheduling. She was quick to respond and helpful when I asked to reschedule the work by a week. Blue was outstanding in going through everything the morning the work started. He explained everything thoroughly. Answered my questions and expertly calmed any worries I had. I am thankful for everyone’s professionalism and communication.

We love the work, and you were correct.  This project has worked wonderfully and the temperature of our upstairs, compared to our main floor, has only been 2-3 degrees different now.  Compared to the 6-7 degree difference prior to the work.  Even during the hottest and most humid days of summer.  In addition, we did not have to proceed with upstairs HVAC mini-split work, because of the benefit of the Green Factor project.  So we saved money there as well.   Again, thanks for making it so easy and educational for us.  We could not be happier with the result.  

Klaus Roofing was very good to work with. We had a lot of hail damage early Fall in 2023. They were very good to work with. They made sure to keep us informed along this very tedious process. Highly recommend Jason and his crew.
