This ranch home initially had very little insulation, our team upgraded with R60 Blown Cellulose Insulation. 

This customer was interested in an assessment of their crawlspace but was willing to have the entire home insulation assessed. After the assessment, our crew found that their attic insulation was outdated and in dire need of replacement to help this home maintain comfortable temperatures all year round. 

During the winter months, this homeowner thought they could hear ice dripping in their attic. As they were worried about water damage, they gave us a call to figure out if they had a problem. Our inspector found a buildup of moisture and our crew came in to fix the problem. We did this by adding more air sealing, ventilation, and cellulose insulation. 

This customer had some old and insufficient insulation in their crawlspace that was causing drafts throughout the floors of the home. By adding new insulation to the crawlspace, this customer will have an immediate improvement in the comfort of their home.
